Mara Raggi, is an accomplished Registered Nurse (RN), with her Master’s of Science Degree in Leadership. She has achieved added credentials including Board Certification as a Nurse Executive through ANCC and also Neonatal Intensive Care (NIC). Presently, she has been accepted as a candidate pursuing a Doctorate (PhD) in Executive Leadership at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). She has been a passionate force during her twenty plus years of nursing

leadership. She has extensive background in perinatal and neonatal nursing. She brings a collaborative leadership style, expertise in Magnet® designation, shared governance, and innovative academic partnership initiatives. Mara has been instrumental in furthering and sustaining healthy work environments. She is committed to life-long learning, excellence, and the implementation of current research.
