Kevin Tsui DNP, RN, NEA_BC is a Doctoral prepared second career nurse who additionally has a Master’s in Clinical Nurse Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business.
As a Silicon Valley native, he has spent his entire nursing career in large academic medical centers and is currently a Program Manager with Stanford Health Care’s Nursing Excellence Department and Magnet Programs. He has found his niche in combining state of the art technologies and techniques with the proven research to impactfully set cultures in the health care industry.
Kevin led and developed the Nursing Mentorship Program for Stanford Health Care to operate in concert with several other programs in the organization to leverage the talent at Stanford to achieving their strategic goals.
He has been featured in an article of Minority Nurse on the importance of mentorship in health care and has been published in the June 2019 edition of Nurse Leader Journal on the strategies behind the development and launch of Stanford’s Mentorship Program to gain significant traction across the enterprise.
