With an impressive professional career in the field of healthcare, as well as business management, Lue brings a dynamic perspective to MentorLead. As a former Clinical Exercise Physiologist, her experience includes being an active member of a heart transplant team and an inpatient/outpatient cardiac rehab unit manager. Additionally, as a National Account Manager, Lue was responsible for helping displaced families with housing and living necessities following disasters.

This role required her to manage the needs and expectations of the families and support their efforts with associated insurance companies. Her experience in these fields provides her with the empathy, understanding, and drive for continuous improvement to help lead the activities and management of professional mentoring programs – to the benefit of the individuals and long-term health of their associated organizations.

Lue is an avid runner and marathoner. She used her love for running in a leadership role – coaching Girls On the Run, an organization to promote girls’ empowerment by teaching life skills through running and confidence lessons for grade school-aged girls. Lue also spent years as a fitness coach, helping others define and reach their personal health goals.

In her spare time, Lue enjoys traveling with her husband and two kids to tropical destinations and loves spending time playing with her dog.
